Five miles from the white beaches of Punta Cana in Dominican Republic, a huge masterplan of more 550 hectres is on the way to became one of the biggest golf resorts in the high demand for golf tourist área.

The first golf course is under construction and also a huge inland recreational lake. The holes are very gently shaped and play with natural rocks and vegetation. The rocky soil of the area requires crushing the existing rock to be transformed into easy material to form tees, bunkers and greens. Most of the irrigation water is salty. That is why the golf architects decided to plant salt tolerant grass, Seasore – Paspalum  from tee to greens.
