Cabanillas del Campo, Guadalajara (Spain)
9 Holes • Length 3.236 m • Par 36 + Pitch & Putt 9 Holes
Twelve years after open the first nine, the owner and developer, Antonio Carrascosa trusted Blake Stirling and Marco Martin to geniously design the back nine in almost half of land that they used for the front nine. Holes 10 to 18 are more technical, demanding, and play almost the same distance than the front nine holes. The 18 holes show a scorecard of 6.475 m from professional tees and 6.032 m from the member tees that make it a perfect course to host international Tournaments. The surrounding slopes and topography make it possible to visually see most of the holes from a dominate perspective. Starting from the top of a ridge, most of the holes go through a well-defined valley, and an enormous, beautiful lake between holes 11 and 12. Cabanillas Golf is one of favorite golf courses to be played for people from Madrid and surrounding resident golfers.
