The South Course is a test of accuracy, skill and strategic thinking. With the golf course running down to the sea, it is one of the only courses that does so in Spain. The course is now known for very challenging greens, and brilliant white sand bunkers, and tree lined fairways. Currently, now, one of the top courses in Spain after a fabulous total re-design.
Not an especially long course, the design concentrates on accuracy as the requirement. A visually diverse course, with holes 10 and 11 playing next to Costa Del Sol coastline.
